Hello my name is Karen, I am a nurse leader, mentor, and professional coach for nurses. My passion is to help fellow nurses get their dream nurse life out of their heads and into reality. There is nothing more I love to do than to help others. Before it has been advocating and coaching patients through health challenges to health. Now, I want to put the oxygen on burned out nurses so they can help others, while finding their new passion and life balance. It may be a different way to be a nurse to help their patients and regain some of their sparkle and passion, or maybe it's learning to lead others, advocating for change or new business innovation. whatever that dream is - I will be your biggest cheerleader and advocate on your journey.
